B&Q’s brief to Bookmark was to create an email that inspired.

The email needed to offer great ideas for design, tips for DIY, and to show how to stay bang on trend with accessories. This was the perfect brief to create something that didn’t just shout buy me! Photography was the key to making the email stand out, I worked with picture editor Kathy Anne Lim to find the perfect imagery from our various picture sources, and pulled out our hero shots in the design for impact. We also worked with Wax Media to bring the emails to life with features such as carousels, hotspots and gif animations.
